Mary Alice Anderson

Mary Alice Anderson, of Havana, FL, passed away on Monday, July 12, 2021 at her home surrounded by her family.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00pm on Thursday, July 15, 2021 at Faith Funeral Home Chapel in Havana. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral at 1:00pm at the funeral home. Burial to follow in Hillcrest Cemetery in Quincy, Florida. Mary Alice Anderson was born May 19, 1929 in Dothan, Alabama to the late Ben Haddan and Myrtle Lea Peacock Haddan. Mary Alice enjoy traveling with her family. She was a proud member of the Fernwood Baptist Church of Tallahassee and she also enjoyed clogging with the Capital City Cloggers.

She is survived by her husband James Arthur Anderson; her children: son James Arnold Anderson (wife Pam ), two daughters: Alice Faye Rimes (Husband Howard, Sr. ), Glenda Sue Jenks,  7 grandchildren, 20 Great-Grand Children, 12 great-great-grand children and 1 on the way.

She was preceded in death by her Parents: Ben and Myrtle Haddan, 3 brothers: William, Roy and Gene Hadden, 4 Sisters: Mable Prevatt, Doris Rhymes, Derlie Rife and Dorthoy Gable Bowman.
