Donna Palmer Wilkerson

Donna Palmer Wilkerson passed away on July 11th, 2021, after a courageous battle with cancer. Donna was a native of Miami, Florida before moving to Tallahassee in the late Seventies. Donna was preceded in death by her father, William N. Palmer, Jr., and her mother, Roberta Inez Dudley Palmer. Donna donated time as a child advocate for Guardian Ad Litem and was a proud graduate of Florida State University, earning her bachelor’s degree in English in 1999. Donna spent her professional years working for many prestigious Law Firms in the Tallahassee area as a Paralegal. Donna was a wonderful mother and accomplished fisherman. She was a very proud Grandmother to Henry, Hudson and Ella.

She is survived by son Justin Wilkerson and wife Kendrah Wilkerson, both of Tallahassee, and two brothers, Paul L. Palmer and his family of Miami, William “Woody” Palmer of Tallahassee, sister Iris Rairdan of Noblesville, Indiana and Aunt, Pauline Everett of Sarasota.  Additionally, Donna is survived by a litany of cousins throughout Florida.

We ask that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Donna’s name to Big Bend Hospice of Tallahassee.
