William Matau Smith

William Matau Smith, 65, of Cairo, GA passed away on Sunday, April 8, 2018 at Pinewood Nursing home in Whigham, GA.
The graveside funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at Woodland Cemetery in Havana, with Rev Larry Johnson officiating the service.

Mr. Smith was born on June 3, 1952 in Bainbridge, GA the son of the late Bonner Smith and the late Faye Reeves Smith. He lived most of his life in Cairo, GA. He was EMT and Health Service Technician for the State of Georgia.
Survivors include his daughter Mary Margaret Pierce (husband Jimmy) of Dahlonega, GA. and two grandchildren Makayla and Logan Pierce.
