William Leonard

Bill (William) Alan Leonard went to be with his loved ones in paradise on January 7, 2016. He was born in Toronto, Canada on January 20,1936. He was preceded in death by his parents, William & Helen, his sister, Frankie, his son, Adrian, his step-daughter, Mimi, & his wife, Mary Blomberg.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on January 10, 2016 (today) a Faith Funeral Home in Havana (850-539-4300 or www.faithfuneralhome.com ) Interment will follow at Woodland Cemetery. After the interment the family will host a reception at the funeral home.
Bill was an active member of the Baha'i Faith and was a volunteer for many causes including the Red Cross, the Senior Center and Elder Services along with many others. He was employed in various occupations including military service for Canada in the Antarctic, as a fire-eater, a locksmith, a chaplain at TMH, a Real Estate agent as well as a teacher in the local jail & online for persecuted Bahai students in Iran. He will be missed greatly. He asked that in lieu of flowers, donations or loans be given to Kiva.
