Biography
Mr. William Gleaton, 78 of Tallahassee died Wednesday, March 4, 2009 in Crawfordville, FL. His graveside funeral service will be at 11:00 am Saturday, March 7, 2009 at Woodland Cemetery in Havana. His family will receive friends Friday, March 6, 2009 from 6 until 8:00pm at Faith Funeral Home in Havana. Mr. Gleaton was born February 15, 1931 in Gadsden County. Mr. Gleaton was a master metal worker, with an artistic flair. His craftsmanship and design with copper was often amazing. He was also a Builder / Contractor for many years in this area. He was a faithful member of several breakfast clubs in Tallahassee.
Mr. Gleaton is survived by his wife of 54 years Amy Geraldine Gleaton of Tallahassee; a son Keith Gleaton of Tallahassee; and a daughter Vicky G. Moody of Miidlothian, VA.; One sister Jewell Myers, Charlotte, N.C.; one granddaughter Leah Michele Lannie, of Midlothian, VA.
