William Dee Carr

Willie “William” Dee Carr, 95, of Havana, Florida passed away Friday, February 18, 2022 in Tallahassee, Fl.
A visitation will be held Tuesday, February 22, 2022 from 5 to7 PM at Faith Funeral Home. A graveside funeral service will be held Wednesday, February 23, 2022, 11AM at Hillcrest Cemetery in Quincy, FL. Reverend Alan Risk of New Journey Baptist Church will be officiating.
Mr. Carr, was born January 24, 1927 in Holt, FL to the late William J. Carr and Susie Idella Cooper. He moved to Havana, Florida in the 1970's to work with the State of Florida as a marketing representative for many years. Mr. Carr enjoyed spending time with his family, playing golf and working in his garden.
He is survived by his wife Sarah H. Neely of Havana, Son William Dee Carr, Jr. (Debi) of Panama City, Daughters Judy Ann Carr of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Rebecca Sue Loyd of Bainbridge, Georgia and Kaylynn Rachelle Smith of Fritch, Texas and many grandchildren and great-grand children.
He is proceeded in death by two brothers: Lee Carr and Robert Carr and one sister Eunice Davis.
