Walter Henry Dalton,69 of Havana, FL. passed away Sunday, February 23, 2014 at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 27, 2014 at Faith Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Dave Bearden officiating, Private family interment will be at Concord Cemetery. The family will receive friend on Wednesday, February 26, 2014 from 6 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Dalton was born in Havana, FL on March 14, 1944 to the late William H. Dalton and the late Ethel Walsh Dalton. Walter love to hunt and fish, he was also known for being a big jokester, with a great sense of humor. He loved his wife, children and grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years Karen Dalton of Havana; his son Clay Dalton of Havana; his daughter Kimberly Dalton Bailes (husband Rusty) of Tallahassee; his sister Geneva Walsh (husband Gordon) of Concord; brother James William Dalton of Cairo; Five grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his sisters Joyce Walsh and Francis Davis.
