Biography
Ronald Harry Cornell 71, of Tallahassee, FL. passed away Tuesday October 16, 2012 at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 21, 2012 at Faith Funeral Home Chapel in Havana. (850.539.4300 or www.faithfuneralhome.com) The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Mr. Cornell was born February 3, 1941 in Gilbert, West Virginia the son of the late Charles H. Cornell and Agnes Browning Cornell. Ronald grew up in Ohio and was also a long time resident of Tallahassee; he was a former building contractor, solo building many homes in Tallahassee, and later went into Barbering. He built the building and established Northside Barber Shop were he was the owner / operator for more than ten years. He was a member of the Lake Jackson Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses and strong in his faith of the Lord.
Survivors include his three sons Matt Cornell (wife Jhanish) of Tallahassee; Paul Cornell of Havana; and Jesse Cornell ( wife Ren) of Cocoa; one brother Jack Cornell (and wife Marsha) of Athens, Ohio; and one a sister Karen Graves (husband Gene) of London, Ohio.
