Biography
Richard William Brandon, 79, of Quincy passed away Sunday, July 28, 2013, in Tallahassee. A funeral service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at Faith Funeral Home Chapel in Havana with Dr. Ivan Barineau officiating. A native of Newnan, GA, he had been a long time resident of Quincy. He was employed by Winn Dixie for 25 years and a U.S. Air Force veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Pauline Grant Brandon of Quincy; two sons, Richard Robert Brandon of Attapulgus, GA and Patrick Ray Brandon of Quincy; one daughter, Robin D. Dienger (Aaron) of Tallahassee and four grandchildren, Kristin Jordon (Travis), Richard R. Brandon, Jr., Matthew Hang and Johnny Aslan Dienger.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Mildred Gaddy and Millwood Brandon and two sons, Johnny "Rabbit" Brandon (2008) and Barry Brandon (2012).
