Preston McIntosh Henderson

Preston McIntosh Henderson passed away in his home in Havana, Fl on September 18, 2019.  He was a loving father, son and friend.  He was born in Titusville, FL on December 3, 1956, and grew up in Tallahassee, FL. He attended and graduated from Florida High School and went on to pursue a bachelor's degree at Oberlin College.   He retired after several years with Spooner Industries in Manchester, England, as Vice President of Sales for North America.

He was a cheerful, outgoing and caring man, volunteering his time with different community outreach programs including Boys and Girls Club and Hospice.  He was a member of Rotary Club and Lancaster Downtown Improvement.

He is survived by his mother, Betty Henderson of Tallahassee, FL; his brother, Craig Henderson of Jacksonville, Fl; his daughter, Karen Coyne of Havana, FL; his son Michael Henderson of Milwaukee, WI; and many family members and friends.  He is proceeded in Death by his Father, Lee Gibbons Henderson.

A Service of Remembrance will be held at First Baptist Church in Havana, FL on October 12, 2019 at 1:00 pm.  In lieu of flowers, please donate to Big Bend Hospice of Tallahassee, FL.
