Olin Dale Evans

Olin D. Evans, 81 of Concord retired from Standard Oil Company, died August 5, 2005 at his home. Memorial service will be 1 p.m. on Tuesday August 9, 2005 at Faith Funeral Home, with military honors. Memorial contributions may be made to Big Bend Hospice 105 East Jackson St. Quincy FL 32351. Faith Funeral Home in Havana ( 850-539-4300 ) is in charge of arrangements. Guests may sign the guest register at www.FaithFuneralHome.com. Mr. Evans was born October 1, 1923 in Cushing OK He was a U.S. Air Force veteran serving in WWII as a pilot. Mr. Evans has been a resident of Concord for the past eleven years, he was a Protestant.
He is survived by his wife of 28 years Christine J. Evans of Concord. He has two sons Dale Evans from Oglethorpe, GA and Brian Evans of Coldwater MI. Two daughters Sue Tree of St. Augustine, FL and Carey M. Munday of Tallahassee. Five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
