O' Nile Keltner

Biography

O' Nile Kay Keltner, 76, of Havana passed away on Sunday, September
22, 2013, at Capital Regional Medical Center in Tallahassee. A
memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September
25, 2013, at the Faith Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Greg Doss
officiating. The inurnment will be held at a later date in
Slainsville, West Virginia. Faith Funeral Home is handling

A native of Cumberland, MD, she was a former resident of West
Virginia. In 1949, Kay moved to St. Petersburg and then to Havana,
where she has resided for the last 14 years. She was a member of the
Order of the Eastern Star ADAH Chapter 219 in St. Petersburg. She
had attended Forest Hills United Methodist Church in Quincy and
currently attended Salem United Methodist Church in Havana.
She is survived by her devoted soul mate of 17 years, David Lettelier
of Havana; brother, Jan Wilfong of Havana and beloved dog, Amber.
She was preceded in death by her parents, O' Nile P. and Wade H.
Wilfong and brother, Jay Wilfong.
