He held a special bond with his siblings, including his brother Tate Phillips, who, along with his wife Casie, his sister Kalli Phillips Weaver and her husband Curtis, his sister Abigayle Phillips of Montana, and his brother Andrew Phillips of Havana. Noah’s family expanded through the joy of his beautiful nieces and nephews, Gage and Daisy Phillips, and Claire and Emmett Weaver, who brought him immense happiness. His paternal grandmother, Mary Phillips of Climax, also mourns his passing, surrounded by many aunts, uncles, and cousins who loved him deeply.
