Biography

Marvin Paul Williams 72 of Tallahassee passed away Friday, January 29, 2010 at his home. His Memorial service will be at 2:00pm January 31, 2010 at Indian Springs Baptist Church on Veterans Memorial Hwy. Tallahassee, FL. Mr. Williams was born November 10, 1937 in Parma, MO. to the late Leonard Williams and Onia Strong Williams. He was a U S Army Veteran serving at the Pentagon in Washington. He had retired after 38 years of Management with Western Union. Marvin was best known for his sense of humor and his love for others.

He is survived by his wife of 28 years Frances Williams of Tallahassee, FL. And his blended family. Richard Williams (and wife Leah) James Williams (and wife Kathy) Russell Williams and Tina Maria Collins (and husband Richard) and Patty Gleason, Pam Gleason, Christy Keller, Brenda Gleason and Susie Kunzweiler. And numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is also survived by his sisters, Patsy Daily (and husband Bobby) and brother Bobby Ray Hutcherson (and wife Lucille)

He was preceded in death by Vergie Day and Barbara Knight and his brother David Williams.

Another memorial service is being planned for a later date in Northern Missouri.
