Louis James "Jimmy" Hooks, Jr 66 of Concord, FL passed away on Thursday, October 27, 2016 in Tallahassee.
The memorial service will be held at 12 noon, Saturday, Nov 5, 2016 at Havana Community Park.
Jimmy was born September 16, 1950 in Quincy, FL the son of the late Louis J. Hooks, Sr. And the late Bernice Allen Hawes. He was a US Air Force veteran. He worked as a mason and carpenter most of his life.
