Biography
Lonnie L. Cannon 97 of Havana FL, passed away peacefully on June 25, 2014 at Tallahassee Memory Care in Tallahassee, Florida.
A graveside funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, June 28, 2014. His family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the service. Faith Funeral Home in Havana is in charge of arrangements. ( 850.539.4300 or www.faithfuneralhome.com)
He was preceded in death by his wife Fredia Mae Vickers Cannon, the love of his life, who he married December 2, 1939 He was the son of the late Charlie and Beulah Parrett Cannon
He served in World War II, then returned to Gadsden County, and later moved to Odessa Florida, Where he retired from being a Ranch Foreman in 1984. Then returned to Gadsden County.
He was loved and will be greatly missed. By his numerous nieces and nephews.
