Lenard "Jack" Hirsch, 98 of Havana, FL passed away on Wednesday, November 29, 2017.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 1, 2017 at Faith Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Vickers Cemetery.

Lenard Otto Hirsch was born August 23, 1919 in Nashua, Iowa, He was a WWII veteran serving in the US Army where he received many accommodations. He was very proud of his service to his country. He loved gardening. He grew and sold his vegetables for many years. He was the last survivor of his many siblings.(The greatest Generation)
Survivors include his wife of 56 years Geneva Hirsch of Havana; his sons Lenard Hirsch, Jr. (Carol) of St George Island; Fred Hirsch (Jewell) of Tallahassee and Brian Hirsch of Telogia. Daughters Connie Merchant (Jeff) of Milton, and Malinda Butler (Louis) of Calvary, GA grandchildren Louis Butler (Stacie); Mindy Butler, and Maura Butler; great grandchildren Dawson and Laney Butler.
