Joel Thomas Whitehead, 61, of Jacksonville, FL passed away on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at Orange Park Medical Center.
A Celebration of his life will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, December 12, 2020 at his sister’s home 302 Cypress Point Circle, Leesburg, GA 31763.
Joel was born on September 16, 1959 in Sylvester, GA the son of the late Hubert Whitehead and Hazel Akridge Haralson He grow up in Albany, GA. He was an OTR truck driver for many years.
He is survived by his mother Hazel Haralson; his two sons Ryan Whitehead and Brentson Whitehead. His two sisters Jan Whitehead Bridges and Missy Whitehead Burton. He had two beautiful grandchildren Marleigh and Joeigh.
