Jeffrey was born May 29,1960, in Waterloo,Iowa, to the late Warren Gilbert and Virginia June Christensen Spurgeon.
He was a veteran serving in the US Army. He spent most of his adult life in the construction industry.
Jeffrey is survived by his loving sister, Mari Spurgeon of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
