Biography
Janice Ogletree Baggett, 66 of Tallahassee, FL. passed away Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital.
The graveside funeral service will be held at 10:00 am Friday, May 4, 2012 at Roselawn Cemetery in Tallahassee with Pastor Robert Evans officiating the service.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 3, 2012, at Faith Funeral Home in Havana (850.539.4300 or www.faithfuneralhome.com )
Mrs. Baggett was born April 20, 1946 in Atlanta, GA. to the late Rev. B. F. Ogletree, Jr. and Tommy Ogletree. She graduated from FSU in 1967 and began her 35 year career of teaching elementary school in Tallahassee. Her biggest joy in life was her children and husband.
Survivors include her husband of 42 years, James Baggett of Tallahassee, two sons Jeff Baggett (and wife Mary) of Havana and Jon Baggett of Tallahassee.
She is preceeded in death by her parents, and her sister Martha Joyce Ogletree.
