Harold Carter Cail, Jr. Was born June 13, 1949. He passed away August 12, 2019 after a lengthy illness. He is survived by his wife Lula Cail, they were married 9 years on August the 2nd. He is also survived by a daughter Kimberly Ann Hicks, a son William Brandon Hicks both of the Atlanta, Georgia area, a grandson William Zackary-Lee Mayo. He was survived by a sister Sandra Moody Pluta, a nephew Julius Moody and a niece Jennifer Moody and Terry Breeden, Two step-daughters Debra White and Teresa Branch. Four step-grand children and 1 step-great-grand child. His love for sports lead him to be an umpire for the city of Tallahassee. He loved football season, his favorite team was the FSU Seminoles. Harold loved to fish when he was able to go. He loved the Lord and loved life and he lived it to the fullest to the age of 70 years.
