Gaynelle Yawn Brock, 96 of Havana, FL, passed away on Sunday, May 10, 2026 at Big Bend Hospice House in Tallahassee, surround by her family.
The graveside funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at Woodland Cemetery in Havana, Florida, with Pastor Jeff Christopher officiating the service. Mrs. Brock’s family will receive friends immediately after the service.
She was born June 18, 1929 in Shady Rest Community (Havana, Florida), to the late Thomas S. Yawn, and the late Annie-Bell Brady Yawn. She was married the late Lloyd Edward Brock who passed away in October of 1998.
She is survived by David “Lamar” Brock of Colquitt, GA, and “Wendell” Edward Brock (his wife Mary) of Havana. Her grandchildren Katy Gunn (her husband Justin); Amy Partridge (her husband Kevin); John Brock (his wife Connie); Jason Brock (his wife Amanda); Julie Brock; and Jeremy Brock (his wife Kristen; fifth-teen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She is proceeded in death by her son Thomas Darryl Brock
