Frances Rushnock (97) passed away on Monday, December 8, 2025 at her home in Havana, FL. A visitation will be held on Saturday at 11am, December 13, 2025 with the funeral to follow at 12 noon at Faith Funeral Home in Havana, FL. A second Celebration of Life is being planned for in January 2026 for additional family and friends in Pennsylvania, where Frances is to be laid to rest.

Frances was born on March 22, 1928 in Philipsburg, PA. She was the daughter of the late Andrew and Mary Bilanich. Frances was a regular attender of North Florida Baptist Church in Tallahassee, FL. She lived in Philipsburg, PA until 2015, when she and her husband Edward Rushnock made the move to Florida.

She is survived by her daughter Gloria Allison (husband Kevin) and one grandson Daniel. She is preceded in death by her husband Edward Rushnock (married 70 years).
