Biography
Ethel Faye McDuffie passed away peacefully Friday, January 2, 2015 with her family around her.
Faye was born May 15, 1936 in Jacksonville, FL. Faye will always be remembered as a sweet, generous and loving lady. Faye was very proud to be a part of the Gadsden County School system. She enjoyed being a teacher and school bus driver for the handicapped. In Faye's free time she loved being at home cooking, baking or in her yard planting and being with her friends and family.
Faye is survived by her husband Herman McDuffie, sister Donna Patrick, her daughter Mary Givens, son Bill Allen Worley, grand-children Alisha Dillon, Joseph Worley, Alex and Elliot Givens. With many more great-grand children, cousins, great cousins, nieces and nephews.
She is preceded by her mother Ethel "Nanny" Revels Sprinkle and father Dempsey Revels, sister Joyce Michael.
We will have a memorial on January 24, 2015 at 4pm to celebrate her life at her home, 538 Collins Rd 1 Havana. Friends and family are welcome to remember and celebrate Faye with us. Faith Funeral Home in Havana is in charge of arrangements (850-539-4300 or www.faithfuneralhome.com)
