Eleanor Mae Strickland, 84 of Havana, FL. passed away Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at her residence in Havana
The funeral service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, December 16, 2013 at Faith Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Jim Sanders officiating the service. Mrs. Strickland was born on August 29, 1929 in Grand Rapids, Michigan, the daughter of Newt Dieterle and Meda Browe Dieterle. She was a homemaker, and also worked with her husband for many years at Strick's Auto Service in Tallahassee.
Survivors include her son Richard J. Strickland of Havana, three sisters Doris Hammond of Harrison, MI; Nancy Henry of Perry, FL. and Sandy Hathcock of Perry, FL. and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Merlin Ralph Strickland in October of 2011
