Edwin William Bendert

Mr. Bill Bendert was born on February 16, 1934 in Roseville, MI to the late John Edwin Bendert and Josephine Theresa Miller. He was married to Barbara Louise (Eddinger) Bendert from August 20, 1955 until she passed away July 18, 2017. He was a faithful member of Salem United Methodist Church and served in several volunteer ministries. He served 2 years of Military Service in the Army Chemical Corps from 1957-1959 from which he was honorably discharged. He worked for many chemical companies as a Sales Representative and Executive in Detroit, Atlanta, and Waukegan, IL where he retired from Coral Chemical as an Executive Vice-President and moved to Havana in 1996. He loved gardening and playing golf.

He is survived by his three sons William M. Bendert of Eastpointe, MI; Jeffrey A. Bendert of Melbourne, FL; and Brian M. Bendert of Cranford, NJ. Four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
