Donald M Jones

Donald (Don) Jones 71, of Havana, FL. passed away on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, September 14, 2018 at Faith Funeral Home Chapel. Private family interment will follow the service at Vickers Cemetery. His family will receive friends one hour prior to the service beginning at 10:00 am.
Mr. Jones was born November 28, 1946 in Quincy, FL. The son of the late Sidney Jones and the late Donnie Perkins Jones. He was a graduate of FAMU School of Engineering. He owned and operated Big Bend Roof Trusses, Inc. in Havana. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Havana. He enjoyed picking and playing bluegrass music, and classic cars. Most of all, he loved his family and grandchildren especially.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years Gladys J. Jones of Havana; his sons Keith Jones of Tallahassee; Travis Jones (wife Jodi) of Havana; a daughter Renee Jones Easton (husband Derrick) of Mt. Pleasant, S.C. Sister Barbara Stephens; Seven grandchildren John-Michael, Sara-Beth, Seth, Gavin, Ryann, Degan and Heidi.
