Frances Diane Henry, 71 of Tallahassee, FL passed away Friday, September 30, 2016 at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at Faith Funeral Home Chapel with Wayne Bass officiating. Interment will follow at Vickers Cemetery in Havana.

Diane was born February 24, 1945 in Tallahassee, FL. The daughter of the late Neal Bass and the late Wylene Walsh Smith. She graduated from Havana High School, later received her nursing degree as an RN. Working at Tallahassee Memorial and other facilities in this area.
She is survived by her husband of 46 year, Donivan W. Henry of Tallahassee; son Thomas Henry (Joy) of Tallahassee; daughters Barbara Ann Whiddon (John) of Crawfordville; and Mary Ellen Henry of Havana. Her brothers and sisters, Calvin Smith (June) of Jacksonville; Eddie Bass (Karen) of Havana; Philip Bass (Sabrina) of Chattahoochee; Cindy McPhaul (Matt) Chattahoochee; Laura Kay Neelly (Chris) of Sneads, step-mother Dorothy Bass of Chattahoochee; one grandson Bowden Jonathan Henry of Tallahassee.
She was proceeded in death by her parents, step-father Collis Smith and brother John Davis Bass.
