Bill Ray Hitson

Bill Ray Hitson, 89 of Havana, FL passed away on Wednesday, August 15, 2018 at his residence.
The graveside funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, August 18, 2018 at Concord Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6 to 8pm.  on Friday,  August 17, 2018 at Faith Funeral Home
Mr. Hitson was born on December 23,1928 in Red Level, AL. to the late Lee Dean Hitson and Minnie Chesser Hitson. Mr. Hitson was a retired Shade Tobacco Farmer and Heavy Equipment Construction Company owner.
He is survived by his wife of 72 years Martha Hitson of Havana; daughter Robin H Schmidt (and husband Charles); granddaughters Mary Nichole Kimmel and Andrea Rebeeca Suber (and husband Morris); three great granddaughter Destyn Marie Ludke, Phayte Simmons and Harlyn Leigh Suber. His sisters and brothers Joy Lenemond, Valeria Hitson, Donald Hitson and Ruth Edson.
He is preceded in death by his son Edward Hitson in 1978. His sister Opal Touchton and brother Ronald Hitson.
