Betty Jane Carnline Clark, 68, of Tallahassee, passed away Sunday, June 23, 2013 at her residence.
The family will receive friends from 5 until 7:00 pm Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at Faith funeral home Chapel in Havana. The family will have a private burial at a later date.
Mrs. Clark was born March 10, 1945 in Thomasville, GA. The daughter of the late John C. Carnline and Jewell E. Cooper Carnline. She was a beautician for many years, owning a shop in Lanark Village, and later working at Cost Cutters in Tallahassee. She and her husband dedicated their lives to caring for children. They were foster parents for hundreds of children for more than 22 years. She loved and adored her family.
Mrs. Clark is survived by her Children,Chuck Clark, Lynn Alford, Edith Dalton and Danny Clark. Sisters Carolyn Moore (husband Lowell) and Linda Thompson (and husband Royce) Her grandchildren and great grandchildren, Donnie Beach; Kennie (DJ) Alford and Jennifer Mackendrick; Avery Alford; Owen Alford; Jasmine Clark; Carolin Clark; Carolyn Mazzella; Blake Mazzella; and Elizabeth Hall.
She is preceded in death by her husband Charles Roy Clark, and 2 brothers Wayne and Junior Carnline.
