Biography
Audrey 'Jean" Welch ( nee Clapperton) (85) passed away at home on April 15, 2013 in Havana, Florida.
Jean was born in Cobourg, Ontario Canada on May 22, 1927. She is preceded in death by her husbands, Gerald Welch, Delbert Clapperton, and by her beloved son Rick.
Jean is survived by her daughters, Brenda Algate (Ron) of Toronto, Canada, Kelly Taylor (Lawson) of Attapulgus, Georgia, daughter-in-law Janet Clapperton of Cobourg, Ontario and step daughter Wendy Gray (Gary) of Warrenton, Virginia.
Grandma Jean will be missed by 9 grandchildren- Tim, Jamie, Katie, Mallary, Andy, Jenny, Brent, Danielle, Matthew and 3 great grandchildren, along with many extended family.
Visitation with her family will be at her home 28351 Blue Star Highway Havana, Florida on Friday April 19th from 4-7 p. m. Service to be held in her hometown of Cobourg at a later date
The family wishes to thank Dr. Soliman, Dr. Jagadeesh, The Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, Big Bend Hospice and one special lady Miss Julie for their support and love in her final days. Memorial donations may be made to Big Bend Hospice or Robert F. Munroe Day School.
