Scott is Licensed Funeral Director / Embalmer in Florida & Georgia He is native of Decatur County, GA. knowing at the age of 13 he wanted to become a Funeral Director. Scott has been working in the funeral industry for more than 25 years. Scott attended Bainbridge High School and later received his degree in Mortuary Science from Gupton-Jones College in Atlanta.
Scott is married to Edna Mitchell Hall, her son Aaron Hall ( wife Kristin) and granddaughter, Sara Katherine.
Scott believes in making a difference in the community. He has and presently serves on many Community Boards; as an active member of Kiwanis serving in all leadership areas including: President, Lt. Governor from his district,Chairperson for Relay for Life , helping to bring a hospital to Gadsden County by serving on the Hospital Board, and is a proud member of the Quarterback Club of Tallahassee.
His passion for the care for grieving families has led him to become active in the Independent Funeral Directors Association of the State of Florida for the past 11 years.
Areas of services include serving as Director, Secretary and on The Executive Board. These key areas help all Florida Independent Funeral Homes by helping to oversee and create legislation to protect Faith Funeral Home's families and others.
It is his honor to serve families, and the passion for that calling continues.

Robert "Bobby" Marshall Hollingsworth 83, Havana, FL left us in the early morning hours of Wednesday, September 7, 2016 after a brief illness caused by a complication of a blood disorder. Bobby was born October 7, 1932 in Pinetta, FL to the late Bob and Cornelia Hollingsworth. He was a tiny baby, not expected to survive, but he managed to squeeze plenty of life, love and laughter into his 83 years. After graduation from Madison (Florida) High School he moved to Quincy, FL and soon married the love of his life, Nell Wells of Madison. He served two years in the U.S. Army, mostly in Korea. He became employed as a bookkeeper in Quincy for many years. In retirement he enjoyed golf, and FSU sports but mostly working on and driving antique cars, going to car shows with Nell and hanging out with his "Antique Automobile Club of America" friends. He could be found most Fridays at his fathers Gulf Oak Service Station in Quincy for hot dog lunches with his car buddies. Bobby and Nell were seen often in their classic cars in parades across the area. Bobby is survived by his wife of 63 years Nell Hollingsworth. He is also survived a son Bob Hollingsworth (wife Susan) and two grandchildren, David and Aubrey of Gainesville, FL. His two daughters Debbie Ivie (husband Rusty) of Havana, and Lynn Hollingsworth of Havana. A sister Judy Barnett (husband Edger) of Havana, and a brother Mike Hollingsworth (wife Inez) of Thomasville, GA. The family will receive friends on Thursday.
